Foetz, 15. Februar 2018 – EQOS Energie Holding S.à r.l. continues its strategic orientation on its core business and its focus on the fields of energy, telecommunications and traffic for the future. As part of this strategy, the company announced their planned withdrawal from Technical Building Services and the associated sale of the Czech and Polish companies.

“We are delighted that we finally found competent partners with Stangl Technik Holding Sp. z o.o., NOBIUM S.à r.l. and AVALLON MBO II B.V. who will purposefully continue the business in both countries,” said Eric Mendel, CEO of EQOS Energie Holding. “With the Technical Building Services business field, we are divesting a profitable but nationally limited business field in which we were only represented in Poland and the Czech Republic.” The business field strategy involves a concentration on the core markets in Germany and Austria and regional activities in in Luxembourg, France and Belgium, in order to continue to fully tap into the core business synergies within the EQOS Energie Group.

Based on the sale of the business shares of EQOS Energie Polska Sp. z o.o. and EQOS Energie Česko spol. s r.o., the company will be managed under a new name in the future. The previous management, Martin Horak, Jan Kodytek and Piotr Raczkowski, will continue in their positions and act as managing directors. “I would like to thank our former colleagues for the very successful collaboration and wish them continued success for the future,” said Mendel.
